BALDIES

“Baldies” is my most recent project and one I’m incredibly passionate about. With the rise in popularity of blind boxes, action figures and plush dolls/charms I decided that I wanted to create something that could be unique to me and my humour. For that, I made use of my already existent persona, Bea, to create a series of unique and silly designs. Bea’s distinctive characteristics are her bald head and moustache, and those are the main features that tie all the different designs together.

For the first line of the dolls I went for an even more satirical approach, choosing to make use of already bald and popular characters/celebrities, giving them the “Baldies” appearance.
